5. Is there a ban on donations from Trade Unions to political parties?

"Section 29

A political party shall be prohibited from receiving contributions in any form from the state's institution, non-governmental organisation, association, public enterprises, public foundation, and public institute except in those cases as stated in Section 28 of this law."

Trade unions could be interpreted as "association" in the provision.
