2. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to candidates?

Art 54 ‘Political candidates or parties are prohibited from financing the activities of the electoral campaign in any cash, in kind, donations, donations, or assistance from an external or foreign source, directly or indirectly, under legal accountability.’
