Article35 (1). A Bill repealing or amending or modifying or extending any of theprovisions of the Niue Constitution Act 1974 or of this Constitution or makingany provision inconsistent with any of those provisions shall become law if,and only if ?

 

(b) It has thereafter beensubmitted to a poll, conducted in a manner prescribed by law, of the personswho at the time of that poll were entitled to vote as electors at a generalelection of members of the Niue Assembly, and has at that poll received thesupport ?

(i) In the case of any Billrepealing or amending or modifying or extending any of the provisions ofsections 2 to 9 of the Niue Constitution Act 1974 or of Articles 1 and 69 ofthis Constitution or of this Article, by two-thirds of the votes validly cast;and

(ii) In any other case, of amajority of the votes validly cast; [?]
