13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Source: Article 26 (2), (3) and (4), Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia, 2016

Other entities banned from donating to political parties are:

• state and community budgets and (or) extra-budgetary means;
• state and community non-profit organizations and trade organizations with public and community participation;
• international organizations;
• foreign citizens;
• stateless persons.

In case of donations for the candidates, the legal entities are also banned from donating.
