Public funding for political capmpaigns:
'The distribution of the contribution of the State provided under Article 4 above is in proportion to the number of candidates nominated by political parties or organizations to municipal and legislative elections. Public finance for trainings organised by political parties:
''The State contribution provided under Article 10 shall be granted to all political parties or organizations that have obtained at least 3% of the votes cast in the last elections. The distribution is done proportionally to the number of votes obtained.'
