29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

"The annual appropriations for the funding of political parties are divided into four fractions: - A first fraction of 15% of appropriations to fund the parties who participated in last legislative and municipal elections; - A second portion equal to 40% of the funds is to finance political parties in proportion to the number of Deputies; - A third fraction equal to 35% of the funds is to finance political parties in proportion to the number of counselors, - A fourth fraction equal to 10% of the funds is to finance political parties in proportion to the number of women elected at 5% for deputies and 5% for municipal counselors."
