Yared is a seasoned communication professional based in Addis Ababa, currently serving as the Communication Officer at the Africa and West Asia Regional Office of International IDEA. 

He works with the Electoral Processes team, specifically contributing to the 'Strengthening Pan-African Capacities for Electoral Observation and Assistance’ project. In this role, Yared is responsible for developing and executing the project’s communication strategy and leading the project’s branding and visibility activities.
