Patricia Luchin-Rumak is the Programme Assistant for Political Participation and Representation in the Paraguay Office.

Patricia is a lawyer specializing in international cooperation, with more than 10 years of professional experience, including regional and government positions in the areas of International Law and Gender Equality. She also has specialized studies in those areas and is deeply interested in the role of gender mainstreaming in the international development agenda.

She joined International IDEA on 1 June 2021.
