Oscar Vera Bogado is the Financial and Planning Officer in the Paraguay office. 

Oscar is an Administration and Finance specialist with more than 25 years of professional experience. In that time, Oscar has worked in Banking, UN System (UNDP, UNOPS and UN WOMEN) as local and international staff at government institutions and international consulting firms. His main skills include financial resources planning, strategic planning, budget/financial monitoring and reporting, cash management and management of audits. He is passionate about nature conservation, technology, and martial arts.

He joined International IDEA in December 2020.
