Oscar Vera Bogado was the Financial and Planning Officer in the Paraguay office. 

Oscar was an Administration and Finance specialist with more than 25 years of professional experience. He worked in Banking, UN System (UNDP, UNOPS and UN WOMEN) as local and international staff at government institutions and international consulting firms. His main skills include financial resources planning, strategic planning, budget/financial monitoring and reporting, cash management and management of audits. He is passionate about nature conservation, technology, and martial arts.
