Matida Kebbeh is the Administrative Assistant in our Gambia office. 

Matida is a feminist leader and storyteller from The Gambia. Her expertise ranges from advocacy, programme support, project budgeting, movement building and basic human resource development. She has a ten-year working experience in office management/operations, admin and customer service having worked with Enterprise Life Gambia. Matida joined International IDEA in February 2024.

Matida volunteers with various young women/youth lead organizations focused on ending child marriage, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), and other traditional harmful practices, and providing solutions using the feminist approach, and best practices. She’s currently a volunteer Finance associate at Equals Now, and previously served with YCFaC.
