Denis Kemndah is the Communications Officer of Chad Programme in N'Djamena.

Denis joined International IDEA in August 2022. He is in charge of communications and visibility for the International IDEA Programme in Chad.

Denis has more than 10 years of experience in the field of communications, data management, C4D, journalism and project management including more than two years at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), more than one year at the Public Interest Law Center (PILC), three years at the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF-Chad) and three years at the Centre d'Études et de Formation pour le Développement (CEFOD).
